Committee concerned about Airbnb impact on rentals
WILMINGTON - At the bi-town economic development committee’s meeting on Thursday, April 4, committee members discussed Airbnb and other short-term rentals and their impact on the local economy.
The topic came up when committee member Adam Grinold, who is the executive director of the Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation, was giving an update about legislative matters that may affect economic issues.
