WILMINGTON- Several of the defendants in a federal lawsuit filed by the owner of Hakhel Lodge, formerly known as the Nordic Hills Inn, filed their answers to the suit late last month.
Yisroel Teitlebaum, who purchased the property in 2021, filed the suit against the five defendants in May, claiming the town of Wilmington engaged in religious discrimination and violated his right to free exercise of religion, and that Wilmington Police Officer Ryan O’Neil engaged in malicious prosecution and abuse of process.
