Group discusses challenges, approaches for substance use disorder recovery
WILMINGTON - Voices of Hope, the group formerly known as the “opioid task force,” held its first pandemic-era virtual meeting on Tuesday. The meeting was attended by two newcomers who hope to provide recovery coaching and bereavement support in the community. Other topics discussed included what challenges those with substance use disorder are facing during the pandemic and how the group may reach those who were at a time participating but no longer are.
