Dover doubles down on broadband

WILMINGTON - At a meeting of the bi-town economic development committee on Thursday, January 10, Dover Economic Development Director Steve Neratko said Dover has more than doubled its economic development budget for the coming year. Most of the increase, he said, is earmarked for townwide high-speed broadband, which is estimated to cost between $1 million and $1.5 million.
