Dover homeowner says Airbnb rental is clogging access to his property

DOVER- Board members heard a complaint from a Dover resident regarding an Airbnb rental next door to his house at their regular meeting Tuesday evening.
Richard Sedlack, who lives on Whispering Brook Way, a private road off Stugger Road in West Dover, described an ongoing problem he has had with renters of an Airbnb parking on the road and blocking access to his house.  Sedlack, who said he has a 50-foot right of way across the Airbnb property, said he had discussed the issue with the absentee owners of the property, to no avail.
