Face coverings required in Dover, per Friday morning resolution

DOVER - At a special meeting held at 8 am on Friday, the Dover Selectboard passed a resolution to require face coverings in all town-owned buildings and businesses open to the public. The resolution, which will go into effect immediately, was passed after an hourlong debate, with members of the public pleading with the board to pass the measure and police chief Randy Johnson stating his opposition.
