WILMINGTON - Voices of Hope, which provides prevention, harm reduction, and recovery support for people with substance use disorder, will hold an open house next week at the former firehouse in Wilmington. The group will partner at the event with Senior Solutions. The open house comes at a time when the state has just passed a major bill that will fund efforts around opioid use disorder, but without pathways for grassroots organizations like Voices of Hope to access new funding.
