Hermitage Club, HIREHC, file for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy
HARTFORD, CT- The Hermitage Inn Real Estate Holding Company and Hermitage Club have both filed for voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy in US Bankruptcy Court, District of Connecticut.
The two voluntary bankruptcy petitions, filed by James Barnes today, follow an involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy filed against Hermitage Inn Real Estate Holding Company by a group of three creditors in the Vermont District Bankruptcy Court last week. The Vermont case is referenced in HIREHC's Chapter 11 petition.
