NEWFANE- Hermitage receiver Alan Tantleff has filed a motion in Windham Superior Court asking a judge to bar James Barnes from removing personal property from Hermitage properties under receivership, and to recover items already removed. 
The motion comes a week after Tantleff filed his fifth receivers report.  According to the report, Tantleff was notified in February that Barnes had entered the property and removed four snowmobiles.
