HARTFORD, CT- A Connecticut District Bankruptcy Court judge has granted a motion for a settlement with a group of Hermitage creditors in Donna Barnes’ personal bankruptcy case.
In his decision, Judge James Tancredi rejected an objection by Hermitage creditor Reinhart Foodservice in which they claimed the compromise agreement between the Hermitage creditors known collectively as the “RTM parties” and Donna Barnes would “unjustly impair Reinhart’s rights and claims” to the proceeds of the sale of Donna and James Barnes’ Westerly, RI property.
