Judge orders $6.2 million judgement against Barnes and Hermitage Club

BURLINGTON- This week US District Court Judge Geoffrey Crawford ordered a default judgment awarding $6.2 million in compensation and damages to three plaintiffs in a consumer fraud complaint filed against Hermitage Inn founder and owner James Barnes.
