Parking lot plowing comes into question
DOVER- Selectboard members discussed a request from a local business owner for snow removal and appointed two animal control officers at their regular meeting Tuesday evening.
Selectboard chair Vicki Capitani said that Richard Caplan, owner of Deerfield Valley Real Estate and the Andirons property, asked the town to plow two parking lots on his property used by the public under agreements with the town.
