VHB project manager Chris Glowacki presented the company's report and recommendations at a public meeting Monday.
WILMINGTON- Twin Valley’s PCB consultant and other officials met with the public Monday evening to present their evaluation and recommendations for the first phase of PCB remediation at the Twin Valley Elementary School.
