WILMINGTON- Superintendent Barbara Anne Komons-Montroll updated supervisory union board members on a bill in the Legislature that would allow districts struggling in the first transitional year of new student weights under Act 127 to postpone their annual budget votes and amend budgets under a revised transition plan.
