Some criminal records could go up in smoke
BRATTLEBORO- State’s Attorney Tracy Shriver will host an expungement clinic in Brattleboro next week.
According to Shriver, the clinic’s aim is to provide Windham County residents with legal help and information about all matters relating to expungement. Expungement, explains Shriver, is a legal process that allows an individual to petition the court to have prior convictions removed from their criminal history.
