WILMINGTON- The theft of not just one, but two signs from his front lawn has left Castle Hill resident Joseph Cincotta scratching his head.  
The signs, created by Cincotta’s daughter Jaslyn Cincotta and modeled after a West Coast traffic calming campaign, beseeched drivers to “slow the flock down” on Castle Hill.  
“At first I thought it was someone offended by them,” Cincotta said.  “Now I think they just wanted them.  If they had just asked, I probably would have given them one.”
