WILMINGTON- Twin Valley School Board members heard an alternative proposal for drainage work on the Twin Valley Elementary School athletic field, and had a tense exchange with Valley Youth Sports and TVES Principal Rebecca Fillion at their regular meeting Tuesday evening.
