Wilmington man’s little greens company seeing big growth
BRATTLEBORO - Valley resident Tom Smith has developed a passion for microgreens. The greens produced by Grateful Greens, of which Smith is principal owner, are available for sale and on restaurant menus here in the valley. And this is just the beginning for the company, which is about a year into its greens-producing journey.
