BURLINGTON- This week Hermitage Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee Raymond Obuchowski submitted additional notices and proposed orders stemming from a January 31 hearing in the case, including a proposed order on the sale of the Doveberry Inn, and a notice and purchase and sale agreement for all Hermitage property.
