Frieda Kaffka
WHITINGHAM - Frieda Kaffka, 97, died at home on August 22.
Frieda was born in Queens, NY on May 18, 1928, to Carl and Freda Junge. Frieda married her husband Warren in 1951 and raised their children in Ridgefield, CT. In 2006, they built a log home in Whitingham where they resided for the remainder of their lives.
Frieda is survived by her daughter Susan, sons James R. and John, and grandson James M. and his wife Stacey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren.
Burial will be private.
