Theda Rogers Tucci
DANBURY, CT - It is with immense sadness that we announce the death of Theda (Teddi) Rogers Tucci (nee Spinney) peacefully on August 8, after a long, slow decline. She was 81 years old.
Teddi was born on January 12, 1944 in Lewistown, ME to Cough Rogers Spinney and Barbara Houghton. Teddi received a BA degree and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Connecticut.
