Ghostbusters! Early scores help Wildcats contain Phantoms

WILMINGTON-  Tuesday’s match between Twin Valley and Proctor looked like it was going to be a high-scoring affair.  The Wildcats were pounding the Phantoms and jumped out to an early two-goal lead.  Proctor was also pushing the attack, and sliced the lead in half after converting a penalty kick midway through the first half. But the second half turned into a defensive battle, as both sides shored up their back lines and held the other scoreless. In the end, Twin Valley held on for the 2-1 win over the Phantoms.
