Twin Valley girls on a roll, soar over Raptors, Mill River

WHITINGHAM- The Twin Valley girls’ varsity has been playing some good basketball of late.  Unfortunately for the Wildcats, the first quarter of their Friday, January 24, game with Long Trail School wasn’t one of them.
The Wildcats put up a goose egg on the scoreboard, and even with better play in the second half they couldn’t climb out of the hole they dug for themselves and lost to the Mountain Lions 45-23.
“It was not a great game for us, at all,” said Twin Valley coach Jamie Brown.
