PROCTOR- Following a week of rained-out games, the Twin Valley varsity softball team was back in action Monday afternoon.  Unfortunately for the Wildcats, the rain must have doused their offensive fire as they were shut out 16-0 by the host Phantoms.   After a scoreless first inning, the Phantoms scored six runs in the second, four in the third, and six more in the fourth. Meanwhile, Phantom pitcher Olivia Graham kept the Wildcats at bay, throwing five scoreless innings to pick up the win. She struck out 12 Twin Valley batters and didn’t issue a walk.
