Wilmington’s development review board issued a permit for Sandri’s controversial Dunkin’ Donuts franchise at their East Main Street gas station. A number of Wilmington residents expressed concern about the town’s fast food franchise, citing adverse impacts on the town’s economy and locally owned businesses, wages, health, neighborhood aesthetics, traffic, and safety.
