WEST DOVER - It’s the end of an era.
Susan Victoria Roberts (Big Susie), was born July 21, 1945 in Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard, MA, grew up mainly in East Longmeadow, MA, and died on July 14 at her home in West Dover.
She leaves behind her sister Una who resides in Australia, as well as many wonderful friends.
She came to Wilmington in the ‘60s on a road trip with friends and, like many others, fell in love with the valley and made it her home for the rest of her life.
