Connecticut driver charged with DUI
WILMINGTON- On Friday, July 25, at about 11:48 pm, polices stopped a vehicle for speeding on Haystack Road. During the stop, police say they detected signs that the driver, Justin Delvecchio, 46, of Wallingford, CT, was impaired. He was screened and subsequently arrested and charged with driving under the influence. Delvecchio was processed at the Wilmington Police Department and cited to appear in Windham Criminal Court to answer the charge.
