Andover man charged with disorderly conduct
DOVER- A Dover police officer was dispatched to the Hermitage Inn on Handle Road for a report of a citizen dispute at about 8:43 pm on Thursday, September 11. Police say their investigation revealed that James Harvey, 72, of Andover, committed the offense of aggravated disorderly conduct. Harvey was arrested and transported to the Dover Police Department for processing. He was cited to appear in Windham Criminal Court on Tuesday, October 28, to answer the charge.
