Dover man faces multiple charges in fraud complaint
DOVER- Following a lengthy investigation into a complaint of fraud made in 2025, Dover Police arrested and charged Kyle Brown, 19, of Dover, with identity theft, attempted false pretenses or tokens, and false reports to law enforcement authorities on Saturday, August 1. Brown was cited to appear in Windham Criminal Court to answer to the charges.
